Almost Done!

The Best of Lip Balms contest is going strong. I received some really great lip balms from alot of Indie etailers...this is not going to be easy but I must narrow it down to some winners here soon. I'm almost done judging and I hope to have the winners announced by the weekend.

Announcing...the Best of Lip Balms Contest

It's been quite awhile since I had my last "Best of" contest so I thought it was time to have one.
This time it is the Best of Lip Balms. So, if you make lip balm and you think yours is the best, then this contest is for Y-O-U!

Here are the rules...

1. You must be the creator of the lip balm. If you buy lip balm wholesale from someone else, sorry but you will not be eligible to enter the contest.

2. You may submit any flavor lip balm you choose and you may submit up to 2 different lip balms. Pick what you think are your best.

3. If you wish to be in the contest, you must email me at Productsoftheday@gmail.com and confirm with me no later than June 17th.

4. Entries must be postmarked by June 18th.

5. Judging will consist of the following criteria:
a. Application of the lip balm (ie: does it go on smoothly, does it drag roughly across the lips)
b. Flavor .... (ie: does the flavor of the lip balm match what flavor it says, does it have any aftertaste etc)
c. Feel of the lip balm (ie: does it feel smooth, is it gritty or hard)

6. The prizes...
First Place: Gets one year of free banner advertising on Products of the Day "Shop, Shop, Shop" section, plus one week per month for 12 months in the "shop of the week" section. Also, the bragging rights that you have the best lip balm anywhere.
Second Place: Gets 6 months free banner advertising on Products of the Day "Shop, Shop, Shop" section, plus one week per month for 6 months in the "Shop of the week" section.
Third Place: Gets 3 months of free banner advertising on Products of the Day, "Shop, Shop, Shop" section, plus one week per month for 3 months in the "Shop of the Week" section.
